The Shaddai Guest House

Welcome to El Shaddai guest house, a bright and quiet space. It has a large bedroom, comfortable living room, equipped kitchen with a gas stove and oven, black out curtains for a perfect good night's sleep, fast WiFi, air conditioning and was recently built (summer of 2025). The guest house has the ideal space, the basic needs for short and long stays with a bedroom with more than double height making it very spacious and very comfortable, well lit but also with low lights that will make it cozier if wanted. Ideal for professionals who come for business or work or a couple ready to enjoy Cancun and its surroundings in a safe and quiet environment. We are located in a large jungle that has slowly developed in the middle of the city. We lovingly provide our guests with drinking water at your arrival, there will be two bottles of cold water in the fridge and a container of 20 liters in the kitchen. We recommend you rent a car if you want to get to know Cancun and its surroundings, we provide a space for your car.
The space
The property includes El Shaddai guest house, a studio advertised as Shal-Om Studio here on Vrbo, and a main house who has exclusive access to pool and common areas. The whole property is part of a small gated community of a total of 10 houses.

Other things to note
Prior to your arrival, we kindly ask you to send us an official ID, either your INE, passport or DNI, so that we can identify that you are the one who has registered whom will be staying at the property

House rules are essential to follow.
Only the two registered guests can occupy the guest house. Guests are not accepted unless requested and paid for in advance. We kindly receive you with enough water at your arrival but we do not do refills, please take care of the water container when refilling, if you brake it you will be charged for it. There is a main trash container outside the property, where you can dispose yours; the City trash collectors come on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings we suggest you take care of disposing yours the night before. We are commited to sustainability so we kindly ask you to be the same when it comes to water usage, it is provided by a well system and a water softener so power and salts are used for it, be mindful about it as well as with power; the A/C is not Inverter since the power voltage variations in Cancun make it vulnerable to electronic card damage so we kindly ask you to use it sensibly and do not let it work for longer than 8 continued hours. Please take care of all that was set for your comfort our guests arriving after you as well as your hosts will thank you.
