3 bedrooms 1.5 bathrooms, 2 story house. 3 bedrooms at 2nd floor, must climb stairs.
Central heating and cooling.
Laundry at basement .
58 in Roku TV in living room. WiFi included.
Back yard and street parking. Backyard can park 3-4 cars.
A simple place, not fancy. good for a group come in town for work or visit.

If you are coming in town for Notre Dame event , you can park your car at 1609 Oak Park Dr 46617, only 15 min walk to Notre Dame Stadium.
