Welcome to your charming townhome in the very heart of Tamarindo! This colorful 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom retreat is part of a unique community designed to mimic the charm of a famous French village, offering both character and convenience in one of Costa Rica’s most vibrant beach towns.

The home is two levels: the main living area downstairs features a cozy living space and fully equipped kitchen, while both bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs. The home is completely renovated, offering a stylish and comfortable setting.

Just outside your door, the community offers a lovely shared pool area with seating. Perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach. Washer and dryer facilities are available on site (shared with the community), and the gated condominium provides two parking areas located just outside the complex, available on a first-come, first-served basis in the public road.

One of the best features of this property is its location. You’ll be right in Tamarindo center, just a short walk to the beach and all of the town’s amenities. From supermarkets, ATMs, and pharmacies to boutiques, cafés, restaurants, and lively bars, everything is within easy reach. Whether you’re planning to surf, shop, enjoy yoga classes, or experience Tamarindo’s famous nightlife, you’ll have it all just steps away.

We can help you with recommendations of where to eat, what to do, connect you with professional tour operators, etc. We are available when you need us but we respect your peace and stay behind the scenes. Although this property is in very close distance to all amenities of town, a golf cart or car rental is recommended. All homes with fantastic views like these are positioned on the hills of Tamarindo. Golf carts are the most fun way to explore the area! We are happy to help assist with a rental. - Quiet hours after 8:00 pm.
- No more than the registered # of guests.
- Only listed guests are allowed to stay overnight, past 10:00 pm.
- Please respect check out time. We have recently had guests overstaying the posted check out time affecting the next reservation. In such cases, we will be charging 60% of the last night`s rate.
- Please note that there is an additional charge of $40 per towel (bath or pool), $25 per hand towel and/or washcloth and $100 per sheet set for lost, damaged and/or stained items.
- In the case of lost keys guests will be charged $25 for replacement.
