the unit was clean and as far as a host being helpful, Healther was exceptional. you don't need anything else in Assateague Pointe to enjoy a vacation, for sure.

A very cozy and clean place really what we where looking to stay close to stores water parks gas stations and restaurants and have a great time there with 2 pools and small zise lagoons relaxing to spend a great time with family and friends will recommend this place to anyone. Looking for some quality time.and the host Michelle is a great person that answers your questions real fast and she is the best thank you for everything.

The owner was very responsive and very helpful.The property is not updated. Beds were very uncomfortable and dirty. Overall the property was not clean (garbage under the beds, dirty sheets left on pull out couch) I would suggest bringing your own shheys, blankets and towels as the ones provided were stained and very old and dirty looking. The park itself is adorable.

You are outright lying about your stay. Were you mad at me because you went over the Allotted #of people staying in the home? and brought 3 cars and had to park 1 car outside the driveway??…Very upsetting..Property is fully updated 2025 with new flooring ,carpets, furniture,stove refrig, new washer dryer, new linens just bought in June 26. How could you lie like this…such a shameful person..to leave this review..Sad!!

The home owner was very nice. She offered me and my family to stay an extra day free of charge! I been staying at Assateague pointe for several years and never had the home owner reach out to me and offered me extra staying time. The house was very nice and cozy. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Will definitely come back and stay in the near future. Thank you so much!!
