Located in the Berlin-Moabit area, which is part of the Berlin-Mitte district, both City-West and city centre Berlin are easily accessible. The apartment can accommodate up to 12 people and features 3 separate bedrooms.

The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected before each check-in. Check-in is done online and contactless.

A 7.5% culture and tourism tax applies to holidaymakers; this is not included in the total price. Payment is made during online check-in.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the entire property. Free public parking is available right outside the front door. Upon request, a parking space can also be booked if available (15 euros/day).

The bright, spacious apartment (approx. 115 square metres) features a spacious living room with a large flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa bed, a large kitchen, and a cosy dining area.
