The property consists of two separate holiday houses that can only be rented out together, they are not offered separately. Located opposite each other, they make an ideal holiday accommodation for two families or a group of friends wishing to spend time together, yet having their privacy.

HOUSE ONE (two bedrooms, ideal for four persons)
With a living space of approximately 80m², this is the larger of the two houses. It spreads across two floors and features a living- and dining space, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a TV with satellite receiver and a dining table with chairs. One of the two bedrooms has a 160 x 200 cm double bed and the second bedroom is furnished with two 90 x 200 cm single beds (can be pushed together to make a double bed). The kitchen offers a dishwasher, gas cooker, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster and a coffee machine. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, wash basin, bidet, toilet and even a washing machine.

HOUSE TWO (one bedroom, can accommodate up to four persons)
This smaller of the two houses with a living space of approximately 50m² consists of a living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom. The living room has a sofa (can be folded out into a double bed for two persons), a Sat TV and a dining table with chairs. The bedroom is furnished with a king size double bed. Kitchen and bathroom have the same equipment as in House One.

Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided free of charge, Wifi internet is also included in the fee.

Your private pool (with the salt water) is surrounded by sun loungers. Next to it is a large stone grill for long barbecue evenings. The generous 1000 m2 garden is fully fenced and there even is a swing for children to enjoy. The property offers parking places for up to four cars.

The property benefits from good road connection for cycling enthusiasts.

The house is approximately 2 km away from the lovely fisherman town of Fazana and the island of Brijuni. The historic Roman town of Pula is approximately 9 km away.
