Welcome to Villa Lana, a modern luxury villa offering complete privacy, spacious green areas and stunning sea views.

The villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 adults + 2 children and features 5 bedrooms, 5 private bathrooms and an additional guest toilet. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and has its own private bathroom with a shower.

With over 300 m² of indoor living space and more than 1,600 m² of outdoor space, Villa Lana offers plenty of room for an unforgettable holiday with family or friends.

Outside, you will find a private 40 m² swimming pool with whirlpool. Sun loungers are available around the pool for relaxing and enjoying the sun. SAUNA

Pool heating upon request: €300 per week.
For stays of less than 7 nights, the full amount of €300 will be charged.

The villa also features a spacious outdoor dining area with two tables seating 12 people each and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying meals together and relaxing barbecue evenings outdoors.

For entertainment for both adults and children, the villa also offers table tennis and billiards.

The interiors are modern, elegant and bright, featuring a spacious living room, satellite TV, a large dining table and a fully equipped kitchen.

Eine Woche Urlaub in Vodnjan

Wir sind als Gruppe von 9 Leuten in das Haus von Ingrid für einer Woche eingezogen. Es ist alles wie beschrieben. Der Außenbereich Lad zum Verweilen ein und der Pool so wie Whirlpool sind hervorragend! Ebenfalls gibt es ein ebenes Gartenstück für allerhand Spiele und das Angebot mit Tischtennis, Billard und Dart ist auch nicht zu verachten. Unser Vierbeiner hat das Haus ebenfalls genossen, da das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt ist. Alles in allem eine sehr gelungen Woche und wir kommen gerne wieder!
