Checked all the boxes for what I was looking for and a great location, absolutely adorable and cozy cabin! The host was very accommodating and communicative. Even though it’s a shared property it still felt private and the cabin was well maintained. No complaints, loved the experience!

This property was the perfect location for visiting the major trails in Jedediah Smith State Park. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend this to anyone . We had breakfast each morning at the Hiouchi Cafe and then hit the trails. We even had a daily visit from a friendly little mule deer and watched the stars at night. My only caution is that there are many steps from the parking area to the cabin.

It was soMuch fun to stay so close to the redwoods state park. We spent three nights and did numerous hikes. The cottage was lovely. I should have paid more attention to the description about steps. My husband had back surgery so stairs are very difficult and it was a lot of stairs up to the cottage.
