Our stay was wonderful, the cabin was clean and conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. We look forward to be able to stay here again in the future.
Great place to stay! Plenty of space, clean, great location. The only thing we didn't have was extra trash bag and extra blankets. Will definitely visit again.
Well was given the wrong adress and had to go back and look at the listing and compare pictures of what was posted online and find the right cabin. Then it is 2026 and should be no reason that there is not smart tvs in the rooms or at least just the living room the tvs only had 10 chanles anyone with young children will understand. The beds was very uncomfortable. But the cabin was clean and everything else worked like it was suposed to, kinda bummed that is the only cabin that dont have a hot tub but the send you a message that says if the lid to the hot tub is damaged you will be charged 600 bucks?
This place looks just like the pictures! Pros: A beautiful modern cabin with gorgeous high vaulted ceilings and tons of windows to allow the morning sunshine, 2 covered decks upper and lower to have your morning coffee , pool table, bathtub with jets and with all the conveniences you need for a family stay in pigeon Forge. Literally a couple minutes drive from the main strip which is filled with plenty of activities! Beds were super comfy! Reasonably priced. Impeccably clean. Communication was prompt and professional . I was allowed a late checkout which was nice . The area itself seemed quiet and safeHowever, the listing itself was not accurate in terms of the amenities. - Kitchen: First of all there is a coffee maker both Keurig and regular but you need to bring your own filter and coffee. There was supposed to be a starter pack but it wasn’t there. There are no pantry basics such as oil , sugar, even salt and pepper. No measuring cups, no Tupperware, chipped and scratched dollar store bought plates, plastic wine glasses, measuring spoons were missing a tablespoon. -No recycling container! Property owner told me to put my recycling in a bag inside the front door when I left and that the cleaning crew would take care of it but I doubt it they’ll probably just chuck it out. Bathroom:-hair dryer had such low voltage i could have air dried it faster so it was useless-only one single individual shampoo/conditioner/body wash- so you will need to bring those.
enjoyed the cabin and all the amenities... the view was beautiful from the decks. The only thing it was lacking was assess to a hot tub . host got back to me quickly about any issues i might have had during our stay ....
