This beach chic retreat is the largest of the 2 bed/2 bath floor plans. It is also one of only a handful of condos in Grand Champions to install whisper quiet zoned air conditioning. Enjoy! :)

Grand Champions Villas is located in the heart of Wailea and nestled between The Wailea Blue Golf Course, ranked among America's best resort courses by Golf Digest and The Wailea Tennis Club ranked as one of the country's 50 best resort tennis facilities. Across the street from the Villas is The Shops at Wailea where you will find luxury shopping and fine dining as well as the luxury hotel properties linked by a scenic pedestrian beachwalk.

The Villa is refurnished in its entirety by Maui's finest interior designer. The style is beach house chic, beautifully comfortable and casual and not a bit too fussy. The villa has colorful accents, organic elements of shells, driftwood and seagrass. As our guest, you are coming for the sea, beach and relaxed Maui lifestyle and we wish to provide warmest aloha, beauty and comfort during your stay.

The villa has a perfect location within the complex. Traveling with our family and all of our 'necessities', the villa provides easy ground floor access for carrying suitcases, groceries, pool and beach gear. It is situated near the guard house for a quick morning walk off property to the beach.

For those traveling with another couple (or possibly teenagers with differing sleep/wake schedules), the villa contains two master suites, each with a private full bath, and separate, private entrances. One master suite has floor to ceiling windows that lead to a private lanai with tree top views overlooking the pool. The other master suite has multiple large windows with views of the tropical grounds.

The tradewinds feel amazing. In the mornings and evenings you may enjoy opening the large lanai sliders that run the length of the villa to feel the cool breeze and watch the sunrise and sunset. Both front doors also have latches to keep them ajar for those not afraid of little Gecko visitors.

If age appropriate, send the kids to the pool and watch them swim while sitting in the comfort of your lanai and drinking a glass of Pog (a delicious Hawaiian concoction of passion fruit, orange juice and guava). This may be an opportune time to tackle the family laundry using the private, family size LG washer and dryer enclosed in the water closet on the lanai. Of course washing powder is provided for you. Relax and feel the warm Maui sun.

For those headed to the beach, check the lanai beach box for beach chairs and toys that are constantly changing. An awesome free for all guests to enjoy. For those staying behind, relax and enjoy your favorite movies on Netflix. Consider ordering pizza delivery from Manoli's.

We had the most amazing stay in this beautiful condo, it was absolutely perfect for our family. The location was excellent, close to everything you would ever need! The condo was stunning and you could even enjoy beautiful sunsets right from your lanai. The owners were so helpful and kind and really made an effort to make our vacation the best it could be. We loved this condo. The bedrooms are large, so the kid who was sleeping on the pullout couch still had plenty of space in the primary bedroom for all of their things. It was clean and super well stocked. We had everything we needed for a few simple meals throughout the week. I can’t think of anything we needed that we did not have at our fingertips. The hosts were in touch and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, easy communication with the owner, walkable distance to the shops, restaurants and beach. Pool can get a little loud, but the staff is quick to respond to groups being overly loud. Loved sitting on the lenai and listening to the birds in the morning while enjoying a cup of coffee.

This lovely condo is exactly as pictured. We were very comfortable and impressed with how well stocked it was for anything we needed, including all of the beach gear (chairs, umbrella, toys, etc.) The deck is very big and comfortable with a view of the pool. We are avid snorkellers and were thrilled with local Ulua and Maluaka beaches. If we are back in the area one day, we hope to stay again!

Had a wonderful time in Maui. The condo is perfectly located, it is close proximity to many beaches and shopping. Grocery store 20 minutes away which was perfect to pick up necessities. Very nice grilling and pool area. The condo was better than expected. The owners always responded within minutes to any inquiries. If we go back to Maui, I would definitely rebook with them!!!

Firstly the overall Wailea Grand Champions property is gorgeous!…very well maintained! The unit was decorated beautifully in beach decor! Two huge primary bedrooms with ensuites that were also very roomy! Tile Flooring is perfect for the environment and the lanai was double the size which made it easy to have both a lounge and eating area right above the pool! Grandkids loved the pool! Jessica & Paul were the perfect hosts! Would definitely stay here again!

BEST VRBO we have ever stayed in with the most welcoming, kind owners. From the moment you drive into the complex you know that you are staying in one of the nicest, safest, gorgeous places on the island. But the unit is the best part as it is located close to the parking spot overlooking the family pool surrounded by large tropical trees. We felt so relaxed and made this our home away from home. The owner communicated regularly before and during our stay and everything inside the unit was excellent quality. We especially loved the comfortable beds and 3 A/C units. Highly recommend for families.

My wife and I have traveled to Maui for years to escape the cold St. Louis winters. We have enjoyed Wailea's luxury resort properties. When we started our family, it was no longer practical to stay in hotels with limited space, compromise security with two separate hotel rooms and incur the food and beverage costs of our growing children.

Why they chose this property

As business travelers we have had the opportunity to visit some of the most amazing cities but none of these locations have come close to the feeling of peace and serenity that we have found in Wailea. Grand Champions Villas is hands down the greatest value in all of Wailea. The central location, beautifully maintained grounds, security and space within the villas cannot be beat.

What makes this property unique

The Villa has a superior location within the complex. It is positioned closest to the complex entrance which makes for an easy morning walk and the villa itself backs to the family pool which is immensely helpful when carrying your pool gear. We enjoy cooking in the villa. It is an easy stroll directly behind our unit to carry food back and forth to the BBQs. The villa is perfected by a truly beautiful interior renovated by Maui's finest Interior Designer. It was our goal to bring the beauty we saw in the grounds of Wailea to the interior of the villa where we spend time with our family creating cherished memories.
