Nice small apartment

Really nice small apartment, perfect for a short trip to beautiful Vienna. The subway (U1) is really close, so one is fast in the city center. Also, the connection to the main train station is nice without switching transport.

The cleanest and closest accommodation in Vienna!

This VRBO is so clean it’s lovely to come home to! The metro is right outside the door to anywhere and there are grocery stores within walking distance ( closed on Sunday) It was comfortable and quite within walking distance of tbe river too. I highly recommend it.

We spent three nights at the apartment. Location was right next to underground train. Seven stops from central station. The apartment was as described. Room located at front of the building so could be noisy from traffic if windows open. Lift and stairs to room located on the second floor. Adequate pots and utensils. No oven but microwave and two ring hob if required. Mini supermarket two doors away.I only have two small critisms, the pillows were very bumpy and could do to be replaced and the towels were well worn.Overall a lovely stay and would recommend renting this property.0

In Ordnung

Der erste Eindruck von Lage und Haus mag ungewöhnlich sein, aber das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und (hält man die Fenster geschlossen) sehr ruhig. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist einfach und auf Gebrauch ausgerichtet. Sehr verkehrsgünstig ÖPNV gelegen, in nur wenigen Minuten am Inneren Ring und/oder anderen Knotenpunkten der Stadt. Für zwei Nächte, ein Wochenende zu empfehlen, Selbstversorger, die einen längeren Aufenthalt planen, auf gemütliches Ambiente und eine nutzbare Küche Wert legen, werden sich hier wahrscheinlich eingeschränkt fühlen.

super Appartment und sehr gut gelegen

Für uns war das Appartment super. Lage ideal, 4 Stationen zum Steffel, kurze Busfahrt zum Stadion. in 3 min waren wir am Vorgartenmarkt, auch total nett. Bad relativ neu renoviert, Küchenzeile gut eingerichtet. Danke für Spüli, Shampoo etc. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter/der Vermieterin war sehr gut! Aufgrund der sehr guten verkehrsgünstigen Lage etwas lebhafter. Wir haben uns auf jeden Fall die Adresse für einen nächsten Besuch gemerkt!

Wohnung nicht empfehlenswert

Runtergekommenes Erscheinungsbild des Gebäudes. Der erste Eindruck bewegt einen dazu, das Gebäude wieder zu verlassen und etwas anderes zu suchen. Liegt an der Hauptstr. und von daher sehr laut. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ruhig. Die Wohnung kann man so akzeptieren, wirkt auf den Fotos aber besser. Tische wackeln, Fußboden knarrt, Dusche für große Leute wie wir zu eng. Insgesammt keine Empfehlung wert. einzig der direkte U Bahnanschluß vor der Haustür.
