apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped, nicely heated, and quiet. Not close to city center but close to convenient tram lines (5, 49, others) and U-bahn. No view--windows faced inner courtyard, but this meant it was blissfully quiet and we mainly used it only for sleeping anyway so view not necessary.

Eine absolut toll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in der Nähe vom Westbahnhof, dazu in einer Einbahnstraße, was zur Folge hatte, dass die Fewo sehr ruhig war. Gerne würden wir die Ferienwohnung bei zukünftigen Reisen nach Wien wieder buchen und deshalb empfehlen wir diese Ferienwohnung sehr gerne weiter.

Die FeWo befindet sich in einem Aussenbezirk von Wien. Sie ist sehr gut mit der U-Bahn und einem kurzen Fussweg erreichbar. Ausstattung wie beschrieben. Alles sehr sauber. Grundausstattung Küche sehr gut. Die Lage im Hinterhaus, 1. Etage, mit Blick in den Hinterhof ist per se erst einmal nicht unbedingt schlecht... ABER: Es ist ein 4-Seiten geschlossener Hinterhof. Bei geöffneten Fenstern kommt 1. nicht viel Luft rein/ 2. zieht der Rauch der im Hof Rauchenden hinein. Alle 6 Fenster gehen über die Länge des Hinterhofes: Die mit ihren Fenstern an der Stirn- und gegenüberliegenden Seite angrenzende (Wohn-?)Einheit ist wohl eher ein Studio/ Nähwerkstatt o.ä.. Hier brannte in der 1. Nacht das Licht bis 2 Uhr und in der 2. Nacht ab 3.00 Uhr. Außerdem war in der ganzen Nacht das Licht im gegenüberliegenden Hausflur an. Da es an allen sehr sehr hohen Fenstern keine Verdunkelungsrollos sondern nur weiße Sichtschutzrollos aus dünnem Stoff gibt, war es unmöglich erholsam zu schlafen. Es war nachts hell!!! Hinzu kommt 1 Topper auf dem Bett. Wer natürlich gern jede Drehung des Partners wahrnimmt, hat Freude. In der Bestätigungsmail der Vermieterin stand, dass der Schlüsselcode am Vortag mitgeteilt wird. Wir erhielten ihn leider erst auf telefonische Nachfrage um 14.55 Uhr. Die Erinnerungsmail diesbezüglich vom Vormittags, als wir in den Flieger nach Wien stiegen, blieb leider unbeantwortet. Da man in Wien eine FeWo nur zum Übernachten braucht, ist diese nicht zu empfehlen.

Oui la cuisine est entièrement équipée.Pour les courses il y a un Spar pas très loin, et sur l avenue des commerces en tout genre.L appartement est spacieux, propre bien équipé.On n est pas très loin du centre de Vienne.Séjour très agréable.

10 Tage Wien

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderschön. Die Wohnung entspricht den Fotos und Beschreibungen. Sehr ruhige Hoflage und bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen angenehm kühl. Wir haben Wien auf eigene Faust erkundet und einige gute Läden und Restaurants in der Nähe entdeckt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten konnten wir zu Fuß oder mit Öffis erreichen, einfach genial.

Perfekte Wohnung für einen schönen Aufenthalt in Wien

Diese Wohnung kann man wirklich bedenkenlos empfehlen. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es etliche Restaurants. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind ebenfalls problemlos erreichbar. Die Wohnung besticht durch ihren Altbaucharme und der wirklich schönen Einrichtung. Die Kommunikation war zu jeder Zeit völlig unkompliziert. Insgesamt kann man die Wohnung bedenkenlos empfehlen!
