The nearby Baltic Sea invites you to enjoy a relaxing beach and swimming holiday, and the neighbouring towns of Sellin and Göhren are just a relaxing stroll along the beach away. You can explore the Baabe Heath and the stunningly beautiful Mönchgut hills on long walks. Whether you’re looking for a lazy beach holiday or an active hiking trip—everything is possible here. Just a few steps away, you’ll find various restaurants, supermarkets, a bike rental shop, diverse stores, and much more.<br><br><br><br>Villa Salus Apartment 5 “Auszeit” with 2 bathrooms and a balcony:<br><br>You’ll stay in a 3-room holiday apartment of approximately 70 m² for 2 to 6 people, located on the ground floor of the building. The non-smoking “Auszeit” apartment features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living-dining area, and a small balcony. Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows, the apartment is very bright and inviting. The hallway is equipped with a coat rack, a full-length mirror, and a seating area. The living/dining area is furnished with a comfortable couch (which can be converted into a bed for 2 people, 1.40 m x 2.00 m), two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV stand with a Smart TV and a Netflix subscription, a DAB CD radio with Bluetooth and USB, Wi-Fi access, various shelves, a reading lamp, an LED fireplace with a heating function, and a dining table with 4 chairs. The adjacent kitchenette is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster, as well as small appliances such as a hand mixer, a raclette machine, and an egg cooker. The first bedroom features a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) with adjustable slatted frames, nightstands, a closet, a seating area, and a smart TV. From here, you have direct access to one of the two bathrooms, which is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink area, towel dryer, and hair dryer. The second bedroom features a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m), adjustable slatted frames, nightstand shelves, and a closet. From here, you also have access to your furnished east-facing balcony. Both bedrooms have insect screens. The second bathroom is accessible from the hallway and is also equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, cosmetic mirror, towel warmer, and hair dryer. The holiday rental is fully tiled throughout and features underfloor heating. All windows can be darkened using either curtains or exterior roller blinds, and some also feature pleated blinds. For our younger guests, two high chairs and a travel cot (without an extra mattress or bedding) are provided free of charge. Cleaning supplies, as well as an ironing board and an iron, are also available in the apartment. On the ground floor of the building, there is a shared storage room where you can use a washing machine and a handcart. You can also store any bicycles you bring here (subject to availability) and charge e-bikes. A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome guests for a fee. A private parking space (No. 05) is located behind the house. You can book an initial laundry package (complete set of bed linens, 1 bath towel, 2 small hand towels) for an additional fee up to 14 days before arrival, or supplement it with your own items. If you book 2 or more packages, you’ll receive 1 tea towel and 1 shower mat as a one-time bonus.<br><br><br><br>Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
