In the south of Lake Garda tradition meets modernity. This spacious attic apartment with 120 sqm belongs to a residential complex of 12 units in the tranquil village of Desenzano del Garda, less than one kilometre from Lake Garda. Distributed across 2 floors, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living/dining area with a kitchen and sofa bed. The property can therefore accommodate up to 9 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning and Wi-Fi. In the spacious garden of Villa dei Colli Storici with its old olive trees you will also find a shared swimming pool (open from June to October) as well as comfortable deck chairs. The nearest restaurant is only a 4-minute walk away (300 m), and the closest supermarket is a 4-minute drive away (2,2 km). The beach, La Zettera, is 1,1 km away from the holiday apartment (a 15-minute walk).

Excellent accommodation. Need to drive to some of the local places worth seeing but absolutely worth it. Beautiful.

Fantastic stay, we were a large multi-generational group and we arrived during a heat wave. Thank goodness for outstanding AC in the entire unit. The swimming pool was perfect and we cooled off every afternoon after exploring nearby towns such as Verona. Our host Paola was wonderful, thoughtful and very responsive. Easy parking, great location, gorgeous well designed complex. I highly recommend our unit number 12 for a larger family group. 2 bathrooms were a big help! Helen P.
