The flat, in rustic style but finely furnished with exposed wooden ceilings, stone walls and large windows, is spread over 3 floors and can accommodate up to 4 people. On the ground floor there is a small living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. In the flat Torretta there are two bedrooms are communicating and there are no doors separating them, an open shower and a small bathroom with toilet and sink. The property is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The outdoor area boasts garden furniture, a dining table and a parasol. In the spacious garden of Villa dei Colli Storici with its old olive trees there is also a shared swimming pool (open from June to October) as well as comfortable deck chairs. The nearest restaurant is only a 4-minute walk away (300 m), and the closest supermarket is a 4-minute drive away (2,2 km). The beach, La Zettera, is 1,1 km away from the holiday apartment (a 15-minute walk).
