Positiv:Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig.Von der Aufteilung und Einrichtung her wirklich ok. Die Lage ist absolut Top und sehr ruhig. Und eigener Parkplatz vor der Tür. Kommunikation mir dem Vermieter/Service reibungslose und gut. Wir mehmen die Wohnung gerne noch ein zweites oder drittes mal.Negativ:Es sind kleinigkeiten die man mal ändern könnte...Ein neuer Anstrich wäre mal nötig. Die eingebauten Dimmer sind ne Katastrophe. Entweder Licht ganz hell oder ganz dunkel. Dazwischen ist die Lampe nur am flackern. Die Gardinen könnten mal ne Wäsche vertragen. Im Bad ist ein Handtuchhalter sehr lose. Wir haben echt gut geschlafen aber die Matratze haben da beste hinter sich. Der Wasserkocher ist noch mit Heizspriale innen . Sowas gibt es doch schon lange nicht mehr. Die Lampe in der Küche macht so komisches Licht. Nach 10 min bekommst du da Augenkrebs... Es fehlen so kleinigkeiten wie Untersetzer im Wohnzimmer. So ein schöner Couchtisch. Wäre schade wenn der Flecken kriegen würde. Wie gesagt. Es sind kleinigkeiten. Allgemein gesehen haben wir uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt und wir würden die wohnung immer wieder nehmen. Das steht auf jeden fall fest.
