Schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben dort eine schöne entspannte Woche verbracht mit allem, was man braucht. Die Wohnung bietet genug Platz für alle, auch bei nicht so schönem Wetter. Dank der zwei Toiletten keine Engpässe bei fünf Leuten ;-). Sehr schöne Umgebung direkt am See und man ist schnell in der Innenstadt und auch die Ostsee ist nicht weit. Herrmann hat sich gut gekümmert und war jederzeit erreichbar. Vielen Dank.

Es sei denn, du magst eine feuchte Luft zum Schlafen...

Die Wohnung ist eher ein Museum aus dem Jahr 2000 als ein gemütlicher und warmer Ort, an dem man Zeit verbringen kann. Ein VHS-Player anstelle von Netflix. Eine Sammlung alter Memorabilien, ausgestellte Plastikblumen und unbekleidete Puppen, mit denen die Kinder spielen können. Und das Lustigste von allem ist, dass es keine Spülmaschine gibt, um das Geschirr zu spülen. Wir haben das Haus für die ganze Woche gebucht, während wir an einem Filmset in der nahe gelegenen Stadt arbeiteten. Wir kamen also nur nachts, um ein paar Stunden Schlaf zu bekommen, und verließen das Haus vor Sonnenaufgang. Bei der Ankunft war das Haus kalt und staubig. Am Eingang riecht es nach alter Pilzluft. Für Asthmatiker und Allergiker nicht freundlich. Es dauerte mehrere Tage und lange Verhandlungen mit dem Besitzer, um die Temperatur der Heizung zu erhöhen, weil die Nächte sehr kalt waren. Zwei von vier Personen haben die Wohnung verlassen und mussten in ein Hotel ausziehen. Am Ende haben wir eine unvollständige Rechnung von der FeWo bekommen. Eine Woche nach unserem Aufenthalt hat der Vermieter begonnen, zusätzliches Geld vom Kreditkartenkonto abzubuchen. Für die Einstellung der Heizung im Haus wurden uns 70€ berechnet. Für die Reinigung des Hauses mit dem Besen (!) wurden uns 20€ berechnet. Für die Reinigung der Kaffeemaschine und des Bestecks noch 20€. und so weiter... Völlig intransparent.
