Host was also very understanding and offered us a great deal for a last minute night extension. For my next vacation, I will be looking for Buddy Brown Properties again. This place was perfect in size for what we needed. I will say it smelled like dog. The bathroom rug had what looked like dog hair on it. The pictures were definitely photoshopped. The yard doesn’t look like the pictures. Don’t was a little misleading. The surrounding homes are not kept well and I was wearing of staying here. They could definitely use better outside lighting and a better walkway to the cottage.The owner was very responsive and helpful. I would probably stay here again just because of the convenience to family we visit often.The size was perfect for me and my husband.I would recommend adding current pictures not photoshopped onee as well as better cleaning of the floors and would recommend washing bathroom rug after each stay.

The room was very clean and was located in a good area! There was lots to do in down town Milton and everything was around 30 minutes or more of a drive. Check in process was super easy and the same goes for checking out. Would definitely stay here again!
