Comfortable home for families and small groups, just minutes to canyon access and 20–40 minutes to world-class ski resorts such as Solitude, Brighton, Alta, Snowbird, and Park City. Spacious and perfect for unwinding and gathering.

This comfortable home features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Open-concept living and dining areas provide a relaxing space to unwind and gather. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, ample counter space, and all essentials—cookware, utensils, and dinnerware—ideal for everything from quick meals to extended stays. Enjoy outdoor living with a private backyard featuring a BBQ grill and fire pit.

Guests will enjoy full, private access to the entire main floor of the home, including the living room, kitchen, dining area, bedrooms, and bathrooms—everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Guests have access to the laundry in the basement, and it is the only area in the basement that is permitted for use.

Qwen's communications was the best. Her place was ultra clean. It is located almost exactly between Solitide/Brighton and Snowbird/Alta. The welcome gift was super nice. Roku is set up on the TVs for easy mirroring. There is a sold Smith's grocery store less than a 1/2 mile and a Whole Foods a few miles away. If you want fresh, no MSG Chinese food go to China Grill.
