Enjoy the vibrant, University District just outside of downtown Seattle.
Located near University Way we are the perfect basecamp for exploring Seattle or the University of Washington area. Our building was just completely renovated.
The space
Our newly renovated, daylight basement, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment accommodates 6 people (2 queen beds and one sofabed).
Guest access
Parking: There are 2 first-come, first-serve guest parking spots on-site at the back of the building.
*If you have an oversized vehicle, please do not park onsite.
Other things to note
