A lovingly furnished, 4-star non-smoking holiday apartment located on a quiet side street with direct access to biking and hiking trails / the Eifelsteig, in close proximity to the spa town of Daun and the Eifel maars.
The apartment features a beautiful living room with a flat-screen TV, stereo system, and a cosy seating area with a sleeper sofa. The bedroom has a double bed and a large closet with plenty of storage space. The new built-in kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, a conventional oven, a dishwasher, a large fridge-freezer, a dining table with four chairs, and a microwave in the adjoining, separate cabinet. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. Bed linens, towels, and kitchen towels are included in the price.
You can relax and enjoy the sun on the large terrace with an awning.
The entire apartment has free Wi-Fi.
Upon request, we’ll be happy to provide a travel cot, high chair, and playpen. 
Our holiday rental is an ideal starting point for bike tours on well-maintained bike paths or interesting motorcycle tours, e.g., to the Moselle or the Nürburgring.
There is storage space for bicycles and motorcycles in the garage.

On-site costs: Includes utilities and a one-time final cleaning fee of 45.00 €. Bookable for stays of 2 nights or more.For bookings of fewer than 4 nights, a surcharge of €5.00 per night will be applied.Long-stay discount: For bookings of more than 14 days, you’ll receive a discount of €3.00 per night. The washing machine and dryer can be used for €2.50 each per use. The guest fee (formerly the visitor’s tax) for the Daun municipal association, amounting to 2.10 EUR per night for guests aged 18 and older, is already included in the total price. You will receive your guest card, along with the associated services and benefits, digitally or directly at the accommodation upon arrival.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
