The home features two private bedrooms with queen beds, a full bathroom with walk-in shower and bidet, and heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort. Relax in the spacious living room with a reclining couch and 65” Smart TV, or work from the dedicated workstation with built-in charging ports. The kitchenette includes a portable oven and hotplate for convenient meals, and the enclosed sun porch is perfect for unwinding.

Walk to river trails, shops, restaurants, and coffee in historic Beaver. Located 5 minutes from Beaver Power Plant, 9 minutes from the Medical Center, 15 minutes from PIT Airport, and 35 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh, Acrisure Stadium, and PNC Park. A very quiet street, near the river with quick access to I-376 in a historic town. It is such a wonderful area, rich in history, with fantastic restaurants!

What makes this property unique

The river trails, cozy features, extra amenities, and excellent location. You won't find a cleaner property! We have hosted both blue & white collar workers for longer stays and they all love the location and serenity.
