This 4-bedroom house located one block off of historic Main Street in downtown is perfect for your escape to Cedar Falls. Inside, guests find an open floor plan with living/dining room on the main floor, main floor bedroom and bath as well as additional living room and bedrooms upstairs. The home features two bathrooms, one each with a bathtub and shower, making mornings and evenings easy for everyone. With a mix of full, queen, twin, sofa and child beds, there’s plenty of space for families or groups. Enjoy a peaceful atmosphere where comfort meets convenience. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay! We definitely enjoyed the extra touches such as the cinnamon rolls and drinks. In addition, everywhere we turned in the house we could see small touches- bath toys, amazing fragrances, local info, etc. These also felt very thoughtful and made us feel very welcomed. Probably our favorite thing was the foosball table!! In addition, everything was clean and ready to go. Clean up upon leaving was also very simple on our end. A few other amazing things of note- the children's nook with seating, puzzles, and toys, the coffee area upstairs, multiple seating areas, the upstairs shower (to die for!!), the downstairs tub, and a well stocked kitchen. This is the perfect place for a group, but even moreso, for a family! We were in town for a college graduation, but still have another in college. We highly recommend and WILL be back!!

This place was amazing. I came to Cedar Falls for a training. I brought my husband and two kids along for the ride. My kids are 6 and 8 years old. The place was perfect. There were so many small touches that elevated this place. Such thought went into everything, and even though we didn’t use all of the extras provided, I felt so thought of. The communication was top notch. And the location was so great. Walking distance to so many great places. If you need coffee or booze, you’re set. lol but also my boys enjoyed the train store and there was a ninja gym and amusement park close by. But to be honest, one day we just chilled out at the location. My favorite spot was the front porch. I’m all for people watching, and the weather was amazing. Read my book and drank some wine. Perfect. Final note, my kids loved the little hideouts designed for kids. Perfect place for kids, but also I could see coming with a group of friends.
