Nice roomy space with all the amenities including snacks and drinks! Has nice quality appliances including washer and dryer. Hosts are amazing and privacy is excellent. Close to all the activities that Prescott has to offer. Very pet friendly.

Randi and Jimmy were both extremely accommodating from the time we got there to the time we left. . Our first time in Prescott and the location was perfect for a brisk walk downtown. Getting around to hiking trails or exploring the lake.. we hope to return soon

Amazing property, amazing host, the place is such a vibe! My wife and daughter said best vacation rental we ever stayed at! Also, still secluded and private, feels like we had space to ourselves but also host right there if needed. Very welcoming and hospitable.

We don’t usually stay at properties without a lot of reviews, but we are sue glad we did! We loved everything about this property, especially the comfy king bed. This was a perfect getaway for my hubby and I. We hope to return soon!

Being pet friendly and so close to our kayaking on watson lake was a blessing. Nice little water feature by our door and outdoor fireplace and seating area was a bonus also. We had breakfast on the terrace in the shade. Sweet little stay .
