Features new furniture, fully stocked gourmet kitchen with all appliances, luxury linens, remodeled bathroom w/heated floor and full laundry room with ski storage. Includes hi-speed Wifi, 4 Smart TVs, and balcony with BBQ. Free parking. 4WD/AWD or chains req'd in winter. NO PETS.

TRASH DISPOSAL- Do not leave trash anywhere outside the home. ALL Trash must be placed in the bear-proof dumpsters at check-out. $25 fee applies.
TAXES - Nightly rate includes Douglas County's 14% occupancy tax in addition to $5 per night lodging fee.
