Diese hochwertige und moderne, neue FEWO liegt direkt an der Cala Morlanda. Zu Fuß erreichen Sie diese in 2 Minuten.Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoß und hat drei sehr schöne Doppelzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Duschbad.Zwei Schlafzimmer haben direkten Ausgang zum Pool im gigantischem Innenhof. Zusätzlich gibt es ein seperates Gäste WC. Der Wohnbereich ist mit einer bequemen, großzügigen Couch ausgestattet. Die große Wohnküche lässt keine Wünsche offen und hat auch einen Zugang zur Terasse mit Pool. Grillmöglichkeiten ist nicht vorhanden.Waschraum und Vorratsraum selbstverständlich. Tolle Wohnung für gehobene Ansprüche!! Endreinigung nicht incl.!!!Tiere zahlen eine Pauschale von 30 Euro.Endreingung 180 Euro und ist nicht incl. in BAR bei Anreise zu bezahlen

warmly recommend this apartment – it’s an excellent choice for a relaxing holiday!

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious apartment! It’s extremely large, with 3 comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms – perfect for families.The highlight is definitely the big outdoor terrace with a private pool, which made our stay extra special.The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, yet everything is within easy reach. It’s close to a beautiful rocky beach, and there’s also a child-friendly sandy beach nearby. Cafés and restaurants are just a short walk away.We warmly recommend this apartment – it’s an excellent choice for a relaxing holiday!

Nous aurions pu être content de cette location au début de notre séjour mais le propriétaire a tout gâché en nous menaçant d’appeler la police car soi disant nous étions 7 au lieu de 6.Ce qui est complètement faux. Son employé est venu nettoyé la piscine un matin sans sonné sans prévenir il était au nord de la piscine nous aurions pu être nu c’était pareil.Nous lui avons dit de venir nous voir pour vérifier mais personne n’est venu et il nous a demandé 200 de plus.Donc sachez que vous êtes espionnez de la rue et de la piscine aussi car il y’a plein de vis à vis.Qu’il nous réclame de l’argent sans même être sûr de ce qu’il dise.Il y’a énormément de chat errant et des odeurs de piqse de chat à chaque porte que la terrasse de devant on ne peut pas y aller tellement il ya de chat.Des odeurs d’égout dans les chambres à cause des douches. Le ballon d’eau fuyait des seaux était en dessous mais il fallait les vider.Donc très déçu du propriétaires et de la façon de communiquer avec ses clients. A fuir

dieser Kommentar ist lächerlich...sie schreiben selbst das Sie zufrieden waren..solange bis wir bemekrt haben das sie 7 Personen sind..und solche Gäste wollen wir nicht...wir haben für 6 Personen Betten und Sie habennachweislich mit 7 Personen dort gewohnt ..Frech und Unverschämt....unsere Unterkunft ist Perfekt....aber nicht für solche Gauner wie Sie die billig Urlaub machen wollen und die Wohnung am Schluss nocht schmutzig und voller Müll hinterlassen....aber das ist unser Los als Vermieter....Leider gibt es immer wieder solche frechen schmutzigen Gäste....

La maison est sympa mais nous avons eu beaucoup de désagréments. Déjà, quand on entre il y a une très forte odeur très désagréable de renfermé, d'humidité et de refoulement. Ça refroidit direct! En plus il n'y avait pas de courant à notre arrivée. On a dû se débrouiller à trouver le tableau électrique et à tout remettre en route. Bon admettons, on passe au dessus, on s'installe on profite. Le problème c'est que le courant n'a pas arrêté de sauter sans arrêt sans qu'on comprenne ce qui provoquait ça. Jusqu'au moment où on n'a plus réussi à rétablir le courant. Donc message écrit au propriétaire pour savoir si quelqu'un pourrait intervenir le lendemain. Sa réponse : je ne parle pas français et il est 23h ! Autant vous dire qu'on a apprécié ! Bref, on refait un message en anglais il appelle on se débrouille. Le lendemain on part pour la journée, en rentrant plus de courant, on se douche comme on peut et on se rend compte que de l'eau coule par un spot du plafond !! Quelqu'un est intervenu mais que le lendemain... Nous étions là pour 4 jours, avec de l'électricité le tiers du temps et cette odeur nauséabonde permanente... nous ne reviendrons pas dans cette location qui est pourtant très confortable. On a demandé un geste sur le prix du ménage la réponse a été de laisser la somme convenue au départ sur la table en partant ! Voilà voilà...

Bewertung der Ferienwohnung (Juli 2025)Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön – direkt an der Bucht gelegen. Man muss nur die Straße überqueren und ist sofort am Wasser. Zu einem schönen Sandstrand führt ein angenehmer Weg am Meer entlang, in etwa zehn Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.Die Wohnung selbst war sauber und gut ausgestattet, wir haben uns im Großen und Ganzen wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht.Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war, dass die Wände teilweise feucht waren und es dadurch etwas muffig gerochen hat. Das war nicht dramatisch, aber deutlich spürbar.Auch die Poolanlage war anfangs sehr schön. Leider wurde der Pool während unseres zweiwöchigen Aufenthalts nur einmal gereinigt – in der zweiten Woche leider gar nicht mehr. Das fanden wir schade, da sich dadurch Algen gebildet haben und das Wasser zum Schluss nicht mehr ganz so einladend war.Insgesamt aber eine schöne Unterkunft mit toller Lage und guter Ausstattung – mit kleineren Abzügen bei Sauberkeit und Pflege der Außenanlage.

Maison fonctionelle et localisée idéalement

Maison très fontnctionnelle. Nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants, chaque couple ainsi que les enfants avaient leur propre salle de bains. Clim dans toutes les pièces et piscine très agréable (nous avions pied partout). Le +, une crique paradisiaque 1 minute à pied, nous y allions direct en maillot (prévoir des chaussures de mer car presenece de rochers). Spot idéal pour le snorkeling, il y avait même des groupes de plongeurs. Un étendoir à linge serait par contre un + car manquant. En conclusion, une location que nous recommandons. pipied, le trajet en maillot
