You can walk to Red River Ski area, drive 45 minutes to either Angel Fire Ski Area or Legendary Taos Ski Area.

You are a 45 minute drive away from Taos NM where you can visit the Rio Grande Gorge, wonderful art galleries and fabulous restaurants. Ojo Caliente, natural mineral springs. are about an hour and 15 minutes away. And Abiqui, NM, where Georgia o'Keefe painted is only about an hour and half away. Funky Art Colony Arroyo Seco is a beautiful 30 minute drive, with wonderful shopping and dining.
