This spacious three-bedroom, three-bath retreat features an open-concept layout designed for comfort and connection. The fully stocked kitchen includes convenient small appliances like an electric tea kettle, electric skillet, air fryer, toaster, drip coffee maker, and an Instapot/rice cooker—perfect for preparing everything from quick breakfasts to hearty family dinners. The bright dining area and cozy living space make it easy to gather, share meals, and unwind after a day of mountain fun.

Designed with families in mind, the home also includes two Pack ’n Plays and a baby gate for added comfort and convenience when traveling with little ones. Downstairs, the finished basement doubles as a game and movie zone with a large TV, Nintendo Switch, air hockey, foosball, and a variety of board games and puzzles to entertain guests of all ages.

Two private decks provide incredible views of the Poconos—ideal for sipping morning coffee or stargazing at night. A ground-level paver patio offers even more space to relax outdoors, and during the summer months, guests also have access to the community’s outdoor heated pool, just a short walk from the home.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
All guests must complete and return the required registration paperwork at least 48 hours before check-in. Guests are also required to supply a copy of their Identification for all members in the rental party that are at or over the age of 18 by 12:00pm EST on the day prior to arrival failure to complete the registration process will result in cancelation of the reservation.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
