Stay comfortably in North Las Vegas at this 4-bedroom house. The tranquil space features one king bed, three queen beds and three full bathrooms perfect for families or groups. With a game room, TV's in every room & a pool, endless fun is guaranteed! The brilliant layout includes air conditioning and heating to keep you comfortable year-round. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or outdoors by the pool, this delightful home provides a welcoming retreat. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.

With booking you will receive free parking for up to 2 cars and private access to the pool available 24/7. *Please note* This home has an separate studio where other guests might be staying during your reservation, please do not try and open the door or disturb the guests. All access for guests is private and should be no contact if rules are followed. Your entry door is the brown main door.

House schedule:
-Pool guys cleans every Thursday around noon
-Garbage Trucks pass Fridays at 6am please pull bins out to curb Thursday night.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The house was exactly as described—spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The host was proactive and responsive to our questions. Highly recommend!

The price was fair, however there were several things wrong with the property and the host was awful with communication. The window was broken in the master room (and let heat in, we were there during a heat wave), the a/c did not work well at all, the freezer did not work at all, the outside garbage was overflowing with cans on both sides of the house.

The property itself was quiet and spacious just as indicated on the site. However, the trash on the side of the house looks like it hasn’t been taken to the curb in a month of sundays. The dishes that hneybtrauirw you to clean before you check out were dirty when we went yo use them, we couldn’t get the bbq pit nor the tv in the living room and the master bedroom to work. I messaged the host the night we arrived and got no response by the time we left. (Good thing I brought my own firestick). There is also a slight ant problem on the kitchen counter. The outside grounds could haven a little cleaner, but we definitely used the beautiful pool for that 110 heat and the welcome book gave a lot of great instructions and suggestions for the area.

We got to the property which was easy access, very nice and clean. The issues that I had was the freezer seal was broken so my grand daughters breast milk would not stay frozen for her to have food, all of our frozen food we lost due to it not freezing. The AC did not work well it was 82 all days in the house which was way to hot. There was a storm that came through and the sliding part on the window pain in the bedroom fell out on to my suitcase and I had to try and get it back in which was being not held in very well. I tried to reach the owner in regards to all these issues with pictures and there was never a response. I tried to call the number that was given to me to reach the owner and no answer plus I left a message still no answer or call back. If this home was taken care of this property would be a better place to stay. The pool was nice for the kids to cool off with the temperature so high.

The place is a great space to gather with family and friends not too far from the strip, between 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. The beds were comfortable and clean as were the bathrooms. The backyard was private and the pool refreshing. It appears guests before us had abused the property so there were some minor issues with closet doors and pantry doors not shutting properly. Which did not affect our overall stay one bit. The kitchen was stocked with anything you needed to cook (besides the food obviously) air fryer, instant pot, coffee pot etc. the freezer doesn’t keep things frozen solid so not great for ice pops! The host agreed to an early check in which was great for us, however I don’t think that whoever they have clean felt they had the time to do the job necessary between each guests but did prioritize the bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool area needed a little cleaning but it was ok. Would stay here again!

The host rations towels-2 per bedroom with 1 washcloth. All other VRBOs I have used have had linen closets full of towels. Unfortunately, there were no bathmats either, so you have to use one towel as a bathmat on the slippery floor. Also unfortunate, the washer was broken, so we couldn't wash the towels either. When I messaged the host that we needed more towels, they were delivered when we had less than 24 hours left in the unit. The pool equipment also wasn't working, so they called the pool maintenance company who made it worse and caused the power to go out. The pool was cloudy and unusable for half of our visit. We booked for the convenience of a private pool. Our final night, there was an all-night concert/party at a nearby home. Literally still going at 5am. Photos are clearly touched up to make it seem better than it is. There are other things, but this is all I care to mention.
