Get ready to relax in this 3-bedroom house in the historic Old North End of Colorado Springs that features the best of the old and the new. The space features 2 master suites - one on each floor - as well twins on the second floor. Perfect for families or groups, with privacy assured, The 3 bathrooms, featuring both a bathtub and a shower, enable guests to enjoy a comfortable, convenient stay. The house stays nice and cozy with heating and air conditioning, making it ideal year-round. There is a fully renovated and stocked kitchen, formal dining room, living room, family room, and separate office, as well as a laundry room on the second floor. A front porch and back yard patio with a pergola allow for relaxing outdoor gatherings. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying a quiet morning, this tranquil home provides a phenomenal setting. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our house.
Walk to Lincoln Center for coffee and the best French bread this side of Paris; only 3 blocks in one direction for Monument Valley Park, and 3 blocks in another direction for grocery store, bank, UPS and hardware store.
