The best little home! We stayed 4 nights is this very clean, charming, home. Close to downtown, and Colorado College. Host was amazing and very quick to answer any questions or give suggestions. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you a great experience!
Perfect location. With it being so cold we stayed warm in the house! The host was very accessible even though we didn’t need anything during our stay. We had a great time!
Everything about our stay was terrific. Beds were very comfortable and house was immaculate and well appointed. Additionally location was perfect for us. Couple blocks to Colorado College ice rink and quick walk to downtown. Colorado Springs has a great downtown with cute shops and good restaurants. Peter, our host, was very attentive. Highly recommend!
Hidden gem in a cute neighborhood! Linens were amazing in every bedroom, thoughtful amenities and everything is nice and new. Nice location for Colorado College, or downtown Colorado Springs, Garden of the Gods, etc. Definitely would stay here again.

Thank you, and great to hear you had an enjoyable visit!!
If I could give this home 10 stars, I would. The home is beautifully decorated, thoughtfully well stocked, and in a perfect location. We loved everything about our short stay - wish we could have stayed longer. The host is extremely clear with instructions. There were only two of us, but you could easily have more. The bed was very comfortable, and the linens felt very fresh and clean. The entire house was immaculate. And we had an off street parking spot right next to the back door, which made loading and unloading really easy. Honestly, this is one of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in.
The house and host were great! The house was Clean and well decorated. Beds were comfortable. We loved the espresso machine. The area was very walkable, near a college campus. We will definitely stay again when we are in town. Eat at the 707 Pizza Co if you can.
Wonderful comfy beds and pillows! Beautifully decorated and lovely sized beds ! 2 kings and 2 queens plus 2 full baths! Location is great for walking downtown! Down the street was slightly loud once or twice … would stay here everytime we visit Colorado Springs! Peter was great host to communicate quickly
