Super host (on another platform) and now looking forward to hosting here on VRBO! This is the perfect home base for your trip to Chicago. This beautifully furnished condo is steps from Michigan Avenue shops and the best boutiques and restaurants. Includes 24/7 doorman, access to newly renovated bbq deck, pool and sun deck, gym, movie theatre, laundry room, business center and large party room.

You'll enjoy peace & quiet on a high floor with an amazing south-facing view.

Parking space is available (at a fee). Dedicated covered parking space must be reserved at time of booking.

This is a one bedroom, furnished unit which includes bedding, towels and all the kitchen basics for cooking. The main room has a couch, television and table, and the bedroom has a very comfy bed as well as a small sitting area. In the bedroom closet you will also find a blow-up bed and extra bedding should you need it for more than two guests.

Think of this as a home away from home. Any of the condo building's amenities are available for
your use.

Note:
This condo may only be rented for stays of 32 nights or longer due to city of chicago regulations. Also, all guests will be provided with the condo building rules, and must sign a lease rider and lease (lease refers to VRBO agreement 100%) which is required by the condo association.
