Great apartment with top of the line appliances, super clean, bright and well furnished. The host goes above and beyond with things like coffee beans, condiments, tooth brushes, tooth paste and lotions etc. The host was available via text whenever I had questions or issues.The location is great with so many restaurants and shops within walking distance. I would stay here again any time!

Stayed in this lovely property for a few days whilst visiting the city. We couldn’t have picked a better base. Spacious rooms all of which were beautifully clean, towels etc were also provided. Check in was easy and the information supplied by Kim the host was accurate and helpful. We were also contacted after arriving to check everything was ok. The area is lovely and quiet and within easy reach of busses and trains to get Downtown, and there are lots of local eateries/taverns etc in Roscoe Village and nearby Wriggleyville. 5 Stars all the way…thank you!

My husband and I stayed at this lovely 3rd floor unit for a long bday weekend. It was spacious and clean. When we come home we try to stay in different parts of the Chi. Roscoe Village was a great location. Walking distance to lots of cool spots. Kim was great to communicate with. Will def stay here again for our next visit!

Check in was easy. The apartment was perfect for our needs. Brown line train was about an 8 minute walk and bus line was maybe a 3 minute walk. We will certainly return!

The place was perfect. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of space. We didn't use the back bedroom but there is plenty of place for 2 couples to stay, kitchen is large as is the living room with plenty of seating. The host Kim was very responsive to the few questions we had prior. Food shopping is close enough, several pubs/restaurants within 2 blocks. EZ public transportation from O'Hare and I bet Midway as well. This is a very likely repeat visit .

We loved this 3rd floor apartment. The owner lives on the 1st floor and was very helpful. The apartment was clean. The shower had hot water and water pressure was excellent. The beds were comfortable.

We had the best stay! Kim was readily available for any questions we had and the accommodations were exactly like they were described. Would definitely stay again if given the opportunity! The walk to Wrigley was about 30 minutes but felt so short! I highly recommend!

Baseball experience

We chose the location for the proximity to the ball park (Cubbies) and to experience the neighborhood feel of Chicago and local restaurants. Quiet and beautiful neighborhood and lovely updates to the unit, very clean!

Excellent place to enjoy Cubs games

My son and I spent 4 days enjoying baseball games and sightseeing in Chicago. The location is wonderful and only a few blocks from the L-train and around the corner from bus stops.

The place was clean and super comfortable. The neighborhood was very nice and allowed me to enjoy some nice morning walks before heading into work. The apartment had all the amenities needed to make me feel right at home and the host were very courteous and checked on me periodically to see how my stay was.

Great spot! Easy walk to Wrigley

We had a great time at Roscoe Village Inn. The location is perfect if you’re going to Wrigley. The unit is well equipped, clean, and comfortable and check in is super easy. Lots of cool restaurants and taverns nearby and everything you need is within walking distance.
