This property is spacious and luxurious with its own private balcony and in unit washer and dryer, walk in closet, wood floors throughout, open kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. The living room couch is also a fold out queen bed for company. The balcony has beautiful views of the city and comfortable furniture. The complex has a large Jewel Osco Grocery store, Chipotle, and restaurants and bars in the surrounding area. Trader Joes, Whole Foods and Eataly are also nearby. The building's amenities are beyond! On the protected and secure 9th floor there's an outdoor private running track, and large dog run, landscaped grounds, firepits and seating areas, patio, grills and a beautiful outdoor pool with cabanas. Indoors there's a large fully equipped gym including an indoor basketball court, a library, party rooms, and a rec room for movies and billiards.
