This is a Private apartment attached to a home which sits on a three acre homestead with beautiful views and easy road access to all of the best of what Northwest Arkansas has to offer. 20 minutes from Fayetteville, 20 minutes from amazing devil's den hikes, 5 minutes from cute downtown and historic Prairie Grove. Beautiful chickens, cats and dogs on the property.

I saw a video of this house and thought it was the home of my dreams. Then I sent it to a friend of mine who is a broker. He said, "Let's make it happen"! When he brought me to the property I fell in love and it became the first home I'd ever purchased. The country side, the history, the old fashioned town, I still love it!

What makes this property unique

It's simple. Nothing fancy but the one thing our guest continue to say over and over is how cozy and very peaceful it is. They love the animals and the quiet.
