The Dickson Unit 210 has Dickson street and the entertainment district right outside the door for easy access. Condo has great balcony to sit and watch the "wildlife" of Dickson street. Access to all the best restaurants and bars just steps away. The Fayetteville trail system is right outside the building, providing jogging and biking options. The condo is fully furnished to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. This is a non-smoking facility. Property is LTR only currently pending STR licensing.

Dickson Street Adventure

Great location. 10-15 minute walk to campus and square. Perfect location for visiting campus and great access to Dickson Street without the headache of parking. Will definitely stay again!

Amazing condo!

This condo is so comfortable and well-appointed! Even though a Dickson is a bustling street, the condo itself is quiet and super easy to access. And if you’d like a bit more Dickson street ambiance, the patio is the perfect spot to watch the world go by. I will definitely book again!

Very comfortable and convenient for a night out on Dickson. Simple and easy parking with access near the room. Once we parked we didn’t get in the car until we left. Would recommend to anybody

Great Place, Great Location

If you want to enjoy the Dickson Street scene, this is THE place. My partner and I stayed here for Pride weekend and it is steps away from everything. Super cozy and bigger than i was expecting from the photos. We had an issue with the AC and Kevin had a tech over to fix it within an hour. Highly recommend!

Great property and enjoyed our stay. Only issues were parking spot mislabeled and fitted bed sheet does not fit. It came off the corners on both sides each of the three nights.

Nice and clean, but noisy

The condo itself is great with everything you need. Bring a white noise machine if staying over the weekend. Lots of voices from bars on street below until late and train drives by blowing whistle at 3:15am.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient location. WiFi is unreliable and very slow. When emailed about this, owner responded that this condo has no WiFi which contradicts the amenities section of the listing.
