GUEST ACCESS AND GUIDEBOOK
Guests have private access to the entire property, excluding the RV garage and primary closet. A digital property guidebook and entry access codes will be sent 24 hours prior to check-in to ensure a smooth and easy arrival.

• Check-in after 4:00 PM
• Check-out by 10:00 AM

QUIET HOURS
• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Please be respectful of the surrounding neighborhood

SMOKING
• Smoking is not permitted inside the home
• A $500 fee will apply if smoke, odor, or physical evidence of smoking (such as ash, debris, or paraphernalia) is detected indoors
• Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only

PET POLICY
• Although we love animals, this property is not suitable for pets. If an unauthorized pet is found on property, a $500 fee will apply.

AGE POLICY
• Primary booker must be at least 21 years old with valid government ID.
• A responsible adult must be present throughout the stay.

POOL POLICY
• This pool is not heatable.
• Equipment: Tampering with pool equipment is strictly prohibited; a $250 fee will apply to any interference.
• Notice: This property does not have a spa.
