Thoughtfully designed with tasteful finishes throughout, the home invites you to unwind, open the expansive sliding glass doors to the chic living space, soak in ocean views from the spacious deck, and enjoy restful nights with wall-mounted AC units throughout the home.
LIVING/DINING AREA:
- Open concept layout with dining area and kitchen
- Large L-shape sofa, flatscreen TV, wall-mounted AC unit
- Dining table with seating for six
KITCHEN:
- Fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, and bakeware
- White and bright coastal kitchen with all major stainless steel appliances; small appliances
- Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided.

- Primary Bedroom: King-size bed; flat screen TV; ceiling fan, wall-mounted AC unit, built-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom

THIS HOME COMES WITH WALL-MOUNTED, DUCTLESS AIR CONDITIONING UNITS IN THE LIVING/DINING AREA AND TWO OF THE THREE BEDROOMS.
LINENS:
All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.
LAUNDRY:
Shared laundry facilities are located in the garage; guests must provide their own laundry supplies.
PARKING:
Two designated parking spaces on the right side of the garage. Street parking, both metered and unmetered, is also available.
PETS:
Only dogs are considered. Number of pets, size, and breed restrictions apply. All pet arrangements must be coordinated with our office in advance and approved in writing, and a non-refundable pet fee will be assessed.
LOCATION:
Best of all is the proximity to the popular 43rd Street Beach - known for its great surf and inviting shoreline. There is something for everyone at this longtime local favorite! And every convenience is within easy walking distance: eateries, coffee shops, grocery stores, shopping, nightlife, the iconic Newport Pier, the posh Lido Marina Village, and so many destinations in between! The beachfront boardwalk, which stretches 6 miles along the peninsula, is the best way to explore the town on foot or on a beach cruiser. Guests can park their cars and not use them again until departure day!

A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
