Beautiful Harbor Springs Chalet minutes to Nub's, Boyne Hlnds, Golf & Mackinaw

This 2,000 square foot, beautifully renovated chalet is located in historic Harbor Springs, MI walking distance to Nub's Nob and minutes from Boyne Highlands. Multiple beaches and the downtowns of Harbor Springs and Petoskey are easily accessible. Mackinaw Island ferries are 45 minutes! This property has 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a sauna, a game room and wonderful second story deck! The renovation is recent and the unit is super clean! New mattresses were purchased in 2026!

Four bedrooms allow 8 to sleep comfortably. A futon allows for up to 2 more. The view is a marvelous vista. A full deck acts as an additional 300 sq ft veranda for morning coffee or night time fires! The vaulted ceiling on the main floor gives a warming sense of comfort. Fully stocked kitchen, great room, dining room and entertainment room will give you a chance to relax while the sauna will help you unwind! Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms allow for privacy. This unit has two common areas for movies, games and more as well as a Mud room for ski, golf and beach equipment!

Harbor Springs boast easy access to Mackinac Island ferries; the Midwest's best skiing (at Nub's Nub and Boyne resorts); more than 30 golf courses including Bay Harbor, The Hills and The Heather designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr; world class boating and fishing; and plenty of premium restaurants and bars. You can start a hike from the front door and have access to world class road and mountain biking. You are minutes away from art galleries in downtown Harbor Springs, the historic Gaslight district in Petoskey as well as multiple world class beaches on scenic Lake Michigan!

All told, this makes this 4 season spot will act as your family's Northern MI headquarters!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this awesome Chalet. Clean, comfortable beds, a beautiful wood stove, and an amazing sauna within the house. To top all of that you are practically in the parking lot of Nubs Nob. We would highly recommend this stay especially since our dog was able to join us on our weekend away.

We had the perfect stay close to Nubs Nob with 4 teen boys there was room for everyone! Great host communication had the house warm, the driveway plowed and lights on for us as we came in late in the evening. We will definitely look to stay here again!
Lots of natural light from the floor to ceiling windows - comfy furniture to nap after skiing!
1 minute drive to drop the skiers off so I could head back to the house to read!

Had the best weekend skiing at Nub’s Nub! This home is incredibly close to the mountain and getting back and forth was a breeze. The house is stocked with everything you could ever need, and Craig was super helpful and willing to go out of his way to drop off some kindling for us. Huge mudroom for all our ski apparel and plenty of space to spread out. Would highly recommend staying here- we would definitely come back again!

Amazing home! We were so close to Nubs and highlands and skied so much! The sauna was fantastic for relaxing muscles and warming up after long ski days with our kids! Loft bedrooms were perfect for kids/families! Craig was fantastic and even got us some kittling for our fires! Perfect location, and all around great annual MLK/Birthday weekend! PS: Dinner at the top of Boyne Highlands was amazing!! Great experience!

Tip of the Mitt Visit

Visit to the area for celebration with family and friends. It was great to have a peaceful, well appointed home base with easy access to Petoskey, Cross ViIlage, Sturgeon Bay and surrounds. Property Manager was available and very helpful. Will stay again when return to the area.

This newly renovated chalet is nestled in Hidden Hamlet which is walking distance to Nub's Nob and a 2 minute drive to Highlands of Harbor Springs (previously known as Boyne Highlands). The property sits in a beautiful setting and is minutes to golf, beaches and the ski resorts. You really feel like you are "Up North"!

What makes this property unique

The second story deck acts as an outdoor paradise weather permitting. If it's cold, you can relax in the sauna or make a fire! The kids have a separate play room with ping pong, foosball and a movie area. The kitchen is fully stocked for making meals and the grill is easy to fire up!
