The carriage house apartment is on the 2nd level. Enjoy an in-unit Washer and dryer.
The bedroom is equipped with a smart TV as well as the in the living room.
The kitchen can handle anything from takeout to eat-in meals. A tea kettle, toaster and Keurig coffee machine are provided. It features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the Carriage House Apartment. There is a shared gated entry with the neighbors in the lane to access the stairwell to the apartment door. There is a set of stairs that you will need to go up to arrive at the main apartment door. Codes are provided for the gate and keyless entry via smart lock is used to access the apartment. Please note, there is no parking allowed in the lane. Guests will not have access to the garage or outdoor courtyard.
The Neighborhood:
Our Property is just a few blocks away from Colonial Park Cemetery, the Fountain at Forsyth Park, and several notable squares like Chippewa Square and write Square. The Downtown Design district is nearby with variety of local shops, including Number Four eleven, One Fish Two Fish, and ShopSCAD. Walk North on bull Street to cut through some of the City's most breathtaking green spaces, ending at the River front.
Nearby dinning options abound, with Clary's Cafe for breakfast and famous Mrs. Wilkes Restaurant for the best Southern food around. For dinner, dress up for fine dinning at the Olde Pink House, or choose casual fare at the Public Kitchen and Bar.
Getting Around:
One of the best parts of staying in the Historic District is how easy it is to get around. Many of Savannah’s most popular attractions, historic squares, parks, shops, and restaurants are within easy walking distance, making it simple to explore at a relaxed pace. For longer trips, rideshares like Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the city, and pedicabs, bike rentals, and guided trolley tours are fun ways to get around and see the sights. If you’re driving, free street parking is available nearby—just be sure to observe posted street-sweeping signs and parking regulations.

We are a smoke free property. This includes No vaping. As this home is located in the heart of Savannah’s Historic District, guests may hear typical city sounds, including occasional street noise, pedestrians, nearby restaurants, or horse-drawn carriages during the day and early evening. While the apartment is designed to be a peaceful retreat we want guest to be aware there may be city noises they may not be accustomed to. Many guests appreciate the lively atmosphere—it’s all part of the charm of staying in the city center.All renters must be over the age of 25, unless it is a child accompanied by a parent.
