The 47-square-meter, two-room penthouse apartment is located on the 3rd floor of Building B. It is designed to accommodate 3 people and a dog. Park your car in the apartment’s private underground parking space. You can reach the apartment by lift or via the stairs.

You’ll be greeted by a hallway that offers a direct view of the Baltic Sea. On the right is the bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The heart of the apartment is the bright living room with a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea through the large floor-to-ceiling windows! There is also a bedroom with a double box-spring bed offering a magnificent view of the sea. The couch in the living room serves as a sleeping area for one person.

You can access the 25 m² rooftop terrace from either the living area or the bedroom. Comfortable patio furniture is provided here, and you’ll also enjoy a stunning view of the Baltic Sea!

In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM.
