Appartement très bien équipé et meublé avec goût (déco de caractère mais assez sobre et intemporelle pour plaire à tt le monde). Terrasse sur le toit assez exceptionnelle. Par contre, place de parking attitrée souvent occupée par une autre voiture, place étroite et odeur de renfermé assez soutenue. Mais bon, l'immeuble date des années 70.... mais une très bonne note pour l'appartement.
