The Little White House is an amazing beach eascape.

This place was so nice. Proximity to the beach, shops, pools, and 30A make for a great vacation. Our family enjoyed every minute of our time here at the Little White House.

We had the most amazing stay! Everything was as described and very well provisioned. Courtney was so responsive and went well out of her way to make our family’s stay fabulous! Highly recommend!!

Another fabulous trip to Carillon Beach!! Adorable home, just as described and perfect for our family vacation. Close to the beach. Easy walk to the market place, disco pizza bar and salty bottle. Plenty of linens. Plenty of sand toys, beach chairs. Two chairs and an umbrella with the rental company was set up each day for us to enjoy. Well stocked kitchen. We will definitely be back!

The Little White House was an excellent vacation home for our family. We had our three grandbabies, all under the age of two, and the house had all we needed to make the space safe and comfortable for them. Communication with Courtney was wonderful, she answered all my questions and addressed any concerns promptly. The house was beautiful and full of extra amenities not offered by most vacation homes. Thank you for allowing us to make new family memories in your lovely home.

We loved Carillon Beach and The Little White House was perfect for our family!Courtney was super easy to communicate with and responded to all questions very quickly! Instructions were very clear and the house is great for little kids (lots of baby gear, plates, safety gates, etc). Beds were comfortable, the house was clean, and the front porch was nice to relax in the morning!Very quick walk to the beach or pool, but our kids loved riding around on the included golf cart. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of staying in Carillon!

The perfect beach house for our family.

Steve and Courtney's beach house is by far our favorite! Our family of 11 stayed last July 2025 and had a great time. The house is as beautiful as it is comfortable. The location to the beach and pools along with the golf cart made our vacation with grandchildren more enjoyable. The beautiful very functional kitchen made it easy to prepare our meals. I cannot say enough good things about that front porch. It was my favorite place to read and relax even in the July heat.
