The 3-room duplex apartment with a balcony is located on the 2nd floor of the building. With a living area of 55 square metres, the holiday apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. The comfortably furnished living area, with an adjoining kitchen-dining area, features a sofa, additional seating, a side table, a TV, a stereo system, and a dining table for shared meals. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The kitchenette, integrated into the living area, is equipped with: a stove, oven, microwave, range hood, refrigerator with built-in freezer compartment, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher, etc. You can enjoy your meals at the dining table. During the warmer holiday months, you can enjoy the north-facing balcony, furnished seasonally. There is also a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. A separate bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe is also located on this floor. A staircase leads to the upper living level, which features an open sleeping loft with two single beds and dressers, providing an additional sleeping area. The family-friendly amenities include a high chair and a travel cot. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the building (coin-operated).
A designated parking space is available for your vehicle in the underground garage. Bicycles you bring with you can be stored, subject to availability, in a shared room in the basement of the building. No smoking. No pets.
