Das Ferienhäuschen selbst ist sehr schön, großzügig und insgesamt sauber. Leider entsprach die angegebene Ausstattung nicht vollständig der Realität: Das beworbene Trampolin war nicht vorhanden und die Outdoor-Dusche funktionierte nicht.Gerade die Dusche war für uns wichtig, da wir die Sauna genutzt haben und uns anschließend draußen abkühlen wollten. Nachdem wir telefonisch nachgefragt hatten, wurde uns tatsächlich empfohlen, einfach bei den Nachbarn duschen zu gehen. Auf unsere Nachfrage zum fehlenden Trampolin wurden wir zudem eher belächelt mit dem Hinweis, dass wir das Haus „bestimmt nicht nur wegen des Trampolins“ gemietet hätten.Natürlich waren weder Trampolin noch Dusche der alleinige Grund für unsere Buchung – aber wenn bestimmte Ausstattungsmerkmale beworben werden, sollten sie auch vorhanden bzw. funktionstüchtig sein. Besonders enttäuschend war für uns daher weniger der Mangel selbst als der Umgang damit. Das Ferienhaus hätte aufgrund seiner Größe und Ausstattung eigentlich deutlich mehr verdient.
