We offer you an exclusively furnished holiday apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach, with a magnificent view of the Alter Strom.

This state-of-the-art holiday rental on the 2nd floor, spanning two levels, awaits you in a prime location in Warnemünde. Immerse yourself in your dream holiday and enjoy the best hours of the year.
The bright living room with a view of the Alter Strom offers space for the whole family. It features a cosy corner sofa, a smart TV, a dining area, and an open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a stove, an oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, an electric kettle, and an egg cooker.
On the same level is a bedroom with a high-quality box-spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a wardrobe, and a smart TV.
The bathroom is spacious and features a walk-in shower (rain shower), washing machine, and hair dryer. The bathroom furniture is exclusively crafted by a local furniture manufacturer.
The entryway coat rack is also from the same furniture manufacturer and was custom-made at the owner’s request.
A staircase—a custom-made piece by a local company—leads to the second bedroom, which is also furnished with a high-quality box-spring bed (180x200), a built-in closet, and a luggage rack.

The highlight of this apartment is the large sun terrace, furnished with dining and lounge furniture.

The building is located in a pedestrian zone.

The apartment’s initial amenities include one set of linens per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, tea towels,shower mat).

Baker, weekly market, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, shops, post office, bike rental, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner. If you’d like to enjoy some fish again, visit Gosch Warnemünde, right on the Alter Strom.

At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent enclosed parking spaces from us starting at 6 €/night.

People with severe disabilities (50% or more): 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: People with severe disabilities 80% or higher, accompanying persons—only if the person with a severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered B
