Host was extremely communicative and helpful with issues. The only issue we had was the listing was misleading about the number of beds, but she fixed it right away online and offered a spare bed if needed. Overall great experience! Great location for what we needed.

Curb appeal and neighborhood somewhat run down. Front stairs are shallow and should be replaced. Front porch light needed, mow the grass. Inside was spacious with comfortable beds. Washer and dryer are a plus. It would be nice to have hooks to hang towels and or clothes on bedroom and bathroom doors. Convenient to downtown Boston by Lyft or Uber, not walkable close to amenities.

Check-in and communication were good and easy to navigate. The property was as-described and provided a good spot to get into Boston for sightseeing. The couch unfortunately needs to be replaced - it seems to be broken so when you try to sit in it, the whole thing sinks and you’re sitting on the exposed bars of the sleeper sofa apparatus. It made the living room space very hard to use since there’s only one small armchair besides the sofa. There was also a major construction project happening on the blocks surrounding the property (including the one it’s on) during our stay. It would have been great to have a heads up to bring ear plugs or something, as that started with loud jackhammering, etc. at 7am. Overall though, a clean and reasonably appointed spot in Somerville. Walking to Michette for coffee and pastries just a couple blocks away was a highlight!

Está en un buen lugar que tiene cerca el metro lo cual hace muy fácil trasladarse, todo limpio y confortable, incómodo que esté el baño pegado a la cocina y que no tengan espejos las habitaciones, el vecindario un poco ruidoso por construcción y había un olor a gas en la propiedad pero al comunicarlo al propietario estuvo pendiente de monitorear la calidad del aire para nuestra tranquilidad
