Our vintage 1962 Applewood home overlooks Maple Grove Reservoir and The Front Range. Running along the edge of our yard is the Rocky Mountain Ditch, part of a huge network of local irrigation waterways.
Across the reservoir are the broad mesas of the Table Mountains—the town of Golden is tucked in on the other side.

Stretch out and feel at home in a spacious apartment with all the amenities and ever-changing views through both glass doors. Enjoy ‘big sky’ especially at dawn and dusk. The Moon over the mountains is a special treat.
