The place was super cute and just as advertised! It is so convenient for everything downtown and within walking distance to everything. We will definitely be booking this again, when we come back. We have also told everyone about it so if they find they are in Knoxville looking for a place to stay this is the one.

This place is even BETTER in person, which rarely happens! It is very spacious, so tastefully decorated, clean, functional...AND the location made our stay PERFECT. The host was very responsive. We absolutely will be booking again for our next Knoxville stay! 5 stars all the way!!!

This property is perfection. Location is about as convenient as you’ll get in Knoxville if you’re planning to spend time downtown or anywhere on campus. Every detail is perfectly curated - everything you need at your fingertips, yet nothing wasteful or silly. Fun, fantastic place to create memories. Our family will be back again and again.

Cannot say enough about what a beautiful, welcoming, and elevated experience we had. The loft was so clean, comfortable and filled with aesthetically pleasing details, not to mention perfectly located within walking distance to the best downtown spots.
