No Mountain View, very low water pressure, beautiful property, hot tub water needed to be changed smelled moldy. It didn’t really bubble.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you found the property beautiful and appreciate you choosing Fireside Chalets for your getaway. We’re sorry some aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. As a newer home connected to city utilities, we would have been happy to send someone to check the water pressure and assist with the hot tub, including demonstrating how to operate the jets. Our Satisfaction Pledge is in place throughout your stay to give our team the opportunity to address concerns and help make your visit as enjoyable as possible. While this property is located in the Pigeon Forge area and is not advertised as having mountain views, we do offer several beautiful cabins with mountain views that we would be happy to help you explore for a future visit. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to welcoming you again in the future!

This cabin has exceeded every expectation we had. We've all stayed somewhere that looked amazing in the photos but didn't quite measure up in person. This is the exact opposite. Cabin 211 is even more beautiful than the pictures! The entire cabin is spotless, beautifully decorated, high-end, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail has been thoughtfully planned. Check-in was seamless thanks to the clear communication we received beforehand, and Brittney was so responsive and helpful when we called with a quick question. Excellent customer service from start to finish! The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and easily accommodated our group of six. We grilled hamburgers and hot dogs for dinner, enjoyed the peaceful sounds of nature, soaked in the hot tub, and then had the best time bowling in the cabin's private bowling alley! It was such a unique and fun feature that made an already amazing stay unforgettable. As the evening settled in, we watched lightning bugs dancing around the property while relaxing outside. It was one of those simple, perfect moments that you wish you could bottle up and take home. We're here celebrating my daughter's last hurrah before summer, and I honestly can't imagine a better place to make these memories together. This cabin has been everything we hoped for and so much more.Thank you, Fireside Chalet Cabin Rentals, for creating such a beautiful place for us!
